The Winning Life Game Plan

MetroVoice takes the youth through an inter-active life planning model during the “Frameworks for Success Camp” where each individual in open forum discussions effectively outlines their “Winning Life Game Plan".

Defining the individuals WINNING LIFE GAME PLAN is critical to success and is made possible through the filter of your personal S.W.O.T. analysis.

The S.W.O.T. Analysis stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, & Threats.  When the youth understand this about themselves, it enables them to make effective and efficient life decisions.

MetroVoice mobilizes the business community as mentors to aid the youth in the development and implementation of their WINNING LIFE GAME PLAN.

Each youth will develop their own plan for their life based on their gifts, talents and interest. The Winning Life Game Plan is not only an outline of what they want to accomplish, but how they will accomplish it as well.

    Examining Key Focus Areas

What makes SWOT especially powerful is that, with a little thought, it can help you uncover opportunities that you would not otherwise have spotted.

And by understanding your weaknesses, you can manage and eliminate threats that might otherwise hurt your ability to move forward.

If you look at yourself using the SWOT framework, you can start to separate yourself from your peers, and further develop the specialized talents and abilities you need to advance your career and help you achieve your personal goals.

        Coaching & Performance

        System Accountability

The coaches are also called facilitators in our implementation plan.  They help drive the key objectives and focus in our interactive course simulations while encouraging group cooperation and team work.

The business mentors are members of a networking and referral system known as The Voice Information Network (VIN).  The purposes are to provide a networking forum that synergizes skills and talents of its members and to create a network of mentors and life coaches for our youth.
