Our Story
Motivation is
not enough.
MetroVoice was founded on one belief: motivation without structure is just a feeling. Young people don't just need to feel inspired — they need tools, relationships, practice, and accountability.
The Winning Life Game Plan gives them all four. It's not a motivational program. It's a planning and leadership development system designed for young people who are ready to do the work.
We serve youth across DC, Maryland, and Virginia — partnering with schools, nonprofits, churches, and community organizations to bring the program where students already are.

Youth Frameworks for Success guides each participant through a structured process — understanding themselves, defining their values, identifying their strengths, setting goals, and building a Winning Life Game Plan they keep.

Across DC, Prince George's County, and Northern Virginia, ZIP code still too often predicts opportunity. Young people in under-resourced communities deserve the same planning tools as anyone else.

Research consistently shows that youth with clear goals, mentors, and support structures have stronger educational and economic outcomes — regardless of starting circumstances.

MetroVoice integrates family engagement because caregivers are the most powerful force in a young person's development. We support them to support their students.
